Be Prepared, Walgreens does not always have their sale items labeled so grab a copy of the ad to help you match up the correct shelf item to the sale item you want to buy.
You can use 1 manufacturer and 1 Walgreen's store coupon/item. If you do have 1 of each coupon for an item, hand the manufacturer coupon FIRST, you will have less coupon "beeping" that way.
RR = Register Rewards, these print out from the catalina/coupon spitter machine at the end of your transaction and are basically manufacturer coupons that can be used on almost every product in Walgreens (normal lottery, tobacco and prescription exclusions, among others, apply).
Keep in mind that RR count as manufacturer coupons and you can only have 1 manufacturer coupon for each item, if you are buying 5 items you can use 5 total manufacturer coupons & RR on that transaction, Walgreens store coupons do not count in this total.
Walgreens typically will NOT accept an expired RR so try to stay on top of it and not let them expire, if they do expire before you get a chance to use it try redeeming it at a local store that accepts expire manufacturer coupons, like Cub Foods.
You can purchase as many of the same RR each week in different transactions and visits as you want BUT, you cannot use your previous RR from the same manufacturer to purchase it and still receive another RR. Example toothpaste is $4 and get a $4 RR, you cannot take that same $4 RR that you earn and buy the toothpaste again as the RR will not print out again, but you could take the toothpaste RR and buy a shampoo deal and get another RR.
