Gas, Gas, Gas

The higher gas prices get the more everyone is searching for ways to save a few dollars at the pump.  Short of buying a new Hybrid vehicle, here are a few ideas we can all use:

• Sign up for a Roundy's Fuelperks card at Rainbow which gives you $.05 off per gallon at BP Stations for every $50 spent at Rainbow which can add up fast, details HERE.
• Sign up for email coupons for gas and other items at your local gas station like Holiday HERE, Kwik Trip HERE, or join Speedy Rewards at SA HERE.
• If you have a Costco membership card, but not a Costco credit card you can still purchase gas at their pumps, which is usually a little cheaper, if you use a Costco gift card (Note: gift cards are also sold at Walmart, who does accept all credit cards).
• Buy your gas on Tuesday or Wednesday, those seem to be the days with the lowest prices.
• Check one of many websites to find out where gas costs the less along your route like Gas Buddy.
